FULHAM CLASSES

When: Wednesdays 0700 – 0800.  Thursdays 1845 – 1945.

Where: Vida Studios, 2 Fulham High Street, SW6 3LQ

Level: Open level – beginners welcome.

Cost: £12 – buy 10 and get one free.

What to bring: Mats provided, bring a water bottle and a face towel.

What to expect: A bright and small studio means that Sophie is able to give everyone assists and attention.  Expect a strong, dynamic and energetic vinyasa flow.  Fun, creative sequences and eclectic music will leave you feeling revitalised and glowing.

SUNDAY EVENING MONTHLY CANDLELIT SLOW FLOW – FULHAM

When: First Sunday of every month 1700 – 1800.

Where: Vida Studios, 2 Fulham High Street, SW6 3LQ.

Level: Open level – beginners welcome.

Cost: £12 – buy 10 and get one free.

What to bring: Mats provided, perhaps bring a water bottle.

What to expect: A beautiful intimate studio, a slow and yummy flow to end the weekend and start your week.  A time to open your body and mind, a time to breathe, restore and reset.
