YOGA & DINNER AT THE BLUEBIRD CHELSEA
Teaching as part of the Bluebird Body programme, Sophie’s Fitness is teaming up with The Bluebird Chelsea to teach a series of yoga classes throughout January and February. A slow vinyasa flow will start your evening off with an emphasis on moving with the breath. The classes will focus on building strength, flexibility and balance through fun and creative sequencing. Whilst moving your body is a big focus to the class, there is also time for stillness and meditation… Classes will be down-to-earth, there will be an eclectic soundtrack and they are open to all levels.
First Monday of every month at 6:30pm.
