Prenatal yoga is suitable for all levels including beginners. It is recommended that you start anytime after 14 weeks of being pregnant.
In prenatal yoga we will move through a vinyasa flow practice concentrating on the breath, the pelvic floor, relaxation and preparation for labour. Prenatal yoga is a nurturing yet empowering practice that looks to build strength, flexibility and balance. Classes can be tailored to suit each individuals needs depending on their stage of pregnancy and how they are feeling.

In postnatal yoga we look at rebuilding strength, core stability, the pelvic floor and simply moving the body. Your baby can be involved too and is a fun and energising way to spend time with your little one.
