This two hour workshop will be a fully energising, fun & dynamic yoga sequence to challenge balance, strength & flexibility.  It would be a chance to play with your practice whatever level you are – a chance to work on your chaturanga, twists, practice arm balances, inversions & backbends.  The class will end with a more restorative practice giving the body & mind a well earned wind down and ending with a blissful Yoga Nidra.
